EnViva Paediatric Care enables young people with complex and chronic conditions to go on living at home, or to return home after a stay in a hospital, hospice or other institution.
Home care is the preferred option of many chronically ill and profoundly disabled people. The reassurance of being at home can directly contribute to improvements in physical health, mental well-being and quality of life. Good quality healthcare at home can even help prevent causes of hospital readmission.
We offer help with the practical activities of daily living, social interaction, confidence building and emotional support.
EnViva Paediatric Care’s nurses and carers assist young people with a wide range of long term and complex conditions, including multiple sclerosis, global developmental delay, respiratory conditions, epilepsy and many others, as well as people with acquired brain injury and spinal injury.

EnViva Paediatric Care works closely with Continuing Care Nurses, District Nurses, Social Care Managers, Nurse Assessors and GPs throughout London and the surrounding counties. Together we determine whether managed home nursing or care is the most appropriate and cost-effective option for an individual; in many instances we go on to provide a tailored, professionally managed service that meets the needs of both the patient and the commissioning organisation.
Care can be provided at home, college and in the community. We may provide staff a couple of days or nights a week to give family carers valuable respite; often our carers or nurses are in place 5 or 7 days or nights a week and can be provided 24/7. Case studies show how children with chronic conditions and terminal illness, and their carers have enjoyed greatly enhanced quality of life once a managed nursing and care package is in place.
