Are you caring, hardworking, honest with a passion to make a difference in individuals’ lives? We are currently recruiting for Health Care Assistants/ Support Workers to work in in our Home care packages to provide one to one care to clients living in their own homes.

As a carer, you offer the valuable opportunity for someone to remain in the comfort of their own home living as independently as they can. You are a key component in someone meeting their aspirations and goals and offer companionship and support. For some clients, you may be required to offer more complex care delivery in addition to personal care, medication administration, moving and handling and general household tasks.

Pay rate: from £11.23 – £30.56 per hour depending on shift times.

Employment type: Flexible hours, ongoing work based on 4 weekly rotas

Shifts patterns: Flexible; Days and Nights, pro rota

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of Healthcare experience (Adults or children/both)
  • Commitment to providing outstanding personalised care
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English
  • Caring and respectful nature – passionate about care quality
  • Proof of your right to live and work in the UK
